Those who are interested to be part of the movie adaptation of The Fault in Our Stars (novel by John Green) read this! If you are a cancer patient — former or current, ages 13 to 23, then you are qualified to be an extra for the TFIOS movie, which will start filming within this month in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
The paid, non-speaking extra roles require no previous acting experience. Those who are cast will be needed for two to five days of filming in September. Interested people should email Nancy Mosser Casting at tfiosextras@gmail.com.
They should include a recent snapshot of themselves and a brief description of their cancer experience, along with their age and phone number. A parent’s contact name is necessary for those younger than 18.
